Teaching philosophy and areas of expertise:
Cello playing should be fun! Please notice I said 'fun' and not 'easy', great work yields great rewards. There is more to cello lessons than learning to play cello--through cello lessons children work on greater life skills such as goal setting (and achieving), communication, detail orientation, self awareness, working in groups and persistence.
