The competition is open to young piano duos age 9-18, currently in elementary to high school, studying  and residing in the United States.

Junior Division | Saturday, June 3, 2017
(recommended for duos ages 8-13)
Senior Division | Sunday, June 4, 2017
(recommended for duos ages 14-18)

Cash awards will be given to the winning duos.  All prize winners are required to participate in a winners concert, recorded for future radio broadcast on WFMT 98.7 FM program "Introductions."

About the Chicago Duo Piano Festival
The mission of the Chicago Duo Piano Festival is to foster the performance and teaching of music for piano duo, and to offer an opportunity for young pianists to participate and perform their pieces in a supportive atmosphere at the Music Institute of Chicago's beautiful and historic Nichols Concert Hall.
