Note:  Students should bring a packed lunch; there will be a one-hour lunch break each day.

Flute camp for Suzuki and traditional students which provides daily warm-up and tone sessions, instruction in technique skills, special topics classes, masterclasses, and mini private lessons. Students will have an opportunity to choose from special classes on improvisation, flute literature and listening, contemporary flute techniques, flutes of the world, IMEA workshop, and Suzuki repertoire group class, in addition to participating in small chamber music groups and flute choir. Every student will have the opportunity to perform once in the daily masterclass and participate in the end of camp performance on the last day. Students will be placed into technique and chamber music groups according to age and ability level.
