Guitar Reading Class (ages 8- adult)

Most guitarists learn to play their instrument without ever learning how to read notation! It's never too early or too late to add this important skill to your toolbox. The guitar throws a few challenges in the way of sight-reading, but a few tricks and pointers will have you following chord charts and melodies. Repertoire includes a fun range of songs from pop hits, films, video games, as well as classic blues, folk, and hard rock.

All new students (private instruction, group classes, ensembles) will be assessed a $30 registration fee.
