MIC Young Artist Concerto & Aria Competition Finals

The preliminary round of the MIC Young Artist Concert & Aria Competition took place on Sunday, January 22 in Thoresen Performance Center at the MIC Winnetka Campus and included 23 contestants. The competition, open to MIC students only, offers young musicians the opportunity to be a featured soloist with the Ars Viva Symphony Orchestra or Lake Forest Symphony, both under the leadership of Maestro Alan Heatherington. Congratulations to all those students participating, the level of musicianship this year was outstanding.
