REGISTRATION for Student Programs and Teacher Training is OPEN now!

Tiered Registration Fees for 2023:

   Registration fee waived for registrations paid in full by or on March 31, 2023.

   $35 registration fee for registrations paid in full between April 1 - 30, 2023 

   $50 registration fee for registrations paid in full between May 1 - 31, 2023.

   $75 registration fee for registrations paid in full June 1, 2023 and after.

Payment Options

Payment in Full

Payment in full may be made via credit card using the registration form or a check payment for the full balance may be made out to the Music Instittute of Chicago and mailed to the attention of Chicago Suzuki Institute at the Music Institute of Chicago, 300 Green Bay Road, Winnetka, IL 60093. Please indicate “CSI 2023” on the memo of the check and indicate student last name if different from last name on check.

Partial Payment

A $200 deposit per registrant to reserve space may be made via check made out to the Music Instittute of Chicago and mailed to the attention of Chicago Suzuki Institute at the Music Institute of Chicago, 300 Green Bay Road, Winnetka, IL 60093. Please indicate “CSI 2023” on the memo of the check and indicate student last name if different from last name on check. All fees must be paid in full by May 1 to be guaranteed registration. Please read the refund policy carefully.

Scholarships

If you are receiving a scholarship from another organization, you may make a payment for the balance by check or you may make a full payment and we will refund the difference when the scholarship is received.

FEES AND REFUND POLICIES

All registrations are final. No refunds will be granted after May 1, 2023. Prior to May 1, 2023 and at the discretion of the director and the officers of the Music Institute of Chicago, enrolled participants may have the option of a partial credit towards a future program.
