Anthony Petrucci joins the Music Institute of Chicago as the Winnetka Campus Director, bringing more than 20 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, operations, team leadership, and nonprofit administration. He began his career in hospitality, where he developed a strong foundation in relationship-building, thoughtful service, and creating welcoming experiences for people from all backgrounds.
Anthony later brought that customer-centered approach to nonprofit arts organizations, serving as VIP Services Manager at the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra and, most recently, Assistant Director of School Operations at the Rhode Island Philharmonic Orchestra & Music School. At the Rhode Island Philharmonic, he oversaw enrollment, student and faculty services, admissions, scheduling, and daily operations for a community music school serving more than 1,200 students and 90 faculty members.
Across his career, Anthony has focused on building strong teams, improving systems, and creating environments where students, families, faculty, and colleagues feel welcomed, supported, and connected.
