Adventures in Music Camp
Sonic Passport - Music Around the World
Adventures in Music Camp is a week-long general music day camp designed for 1st–3rd graders who are curious, creative, and ready to explore music from around the world.
Through hands-on musical experiences, campers will “travel” across different regions of the globe, experiencing new musical styles and rhythms each day. Students will also have the opportunity to play a different instrument each day, guided by faculty members and current students. The camp blends joyful music experiences with movement, singing, crafts, and play to create an engaging introduction to music in a supportive group setting.
Throughout the week, campers will:
- Explore music and traditions from around the world
- Learn about and try a variety of musical instruments
- Participate in music and movement activities
- Sing and make music together
- Create daily crafts connected to each musical theme
- Build confidence, curiosity, and collaboration skills
The week concludes with a brief, informal musical sharing for families on the final day of camp at 11:30 am.
Bonus for younger siblings:
On the final day of camp, younger siblings, ages 3–5, and their parents are invited to enjoy a complimentary music and movement class from 11:00–11:30 am.
