Rental Fees

Non-profit | 501(c)3 organizations*

  • $1,675 (includes 7 hours of hall reservation and two Nichols Concert Hall staff)

*Proof of non-profit status will be required

 

All other organizations:

  • $2,000 (includes 7 hours of hall reservation and two Nichols Concert Hall staff)

 

The following additional fees may apply:

  • Facility Cleaning Fee – $100
  • Hall time in excess of the 7-hour rental – $100/hour
  • Additional Staff Members – $100/staff
  • Security (Evanston Police Department Officer) – $200
  • Additional Storage/Rehearsal Space – $45-$100

 

These optional services are available upon requests:

  • Steinway D Grand Piano Rental (includes 1 concert tuning) – $250
  • Recording/Livestreaming – $450
