I want to make sure that all students are well-trained technically and have a solid foundation. I enjoy working with aspiring students and helping them to develop their creativity and discover their own artistic voice. I strongly encourage my students to explore duo piano repertoire and chamber music. In addition, I like to introduce a variety of repertoire, especially with new music by living composers.

I love traveling and visiting different parts of the world with my family.
What do you love about Chicago:
When we are home in Chicago, I love taking my son to museums, strolling around the many neighborhoods in Lakeview and going to the lakefront for walks. We also like to head to Chinatown for dim sum or a spicy Sichuan dinner.
