Better Business Planning (BBP) is a licensed, full-service insurance agency in Illinois. MIC has contracted with BBP to manage some of our employee benefits.
If you have benefits-related questions or problems, BBP’s Customer Response Unit will investigate and help resolve them.
They can help wish issues such as:
- Claim resolution
- Billing issues
- Resolution of eligibility issues
- Locating In-Network providers
- Benefits coverage
- And more….
