Position Overview
Provide executive-level administrative and operational support to the Director of Nichols Concert Hall, while coordinating artist hospitality, contracts, scheduling, event logistics, and daily administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities
•    Manage calendars, meetings, and correspondence.
•    Coordinate contracts, invoices, licensing, and event documentation.
•    Support artist hospitality and front-of-house staffing.
•    Assist with event calendar management and box office operations.
•    Partner with Production and Finance to support events.

Qualifications
•    Bachelor's degree preferred.
•    Administrative or executive support experience.
•    Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
