The Music Institute of Chicago is pleased to announce the launch of a search for the newly created position of Vice President of Programs. Reporting directly to President & CEO Shalisa Kline Ugaz, this senior leadership role will help shape the next chapter of one of the nation's premier community music schools.

The Vice President of Programs will provide strategic leadership for educational programming, enrollment, retention, faculty engagement, and the student and family experience. This is a unique opportunity to build upon MIC's extraordinary legacy while helping create a more unified experience across six campuses, strengthening engagement with students and families, and positioning the organization for its next phase of growth and impact.
