Box office hours are 12-5pm, Monday through Friday. To visit in person, please ring the bell on the Grove St. side entrance and see the front desk receptionist downstairs.

 

The box office will also be open one hour prior to the performance.

All patrons must have a ticket in order to be admitted into the concert.

 

Seniors: 65 and up

Students: 18 and under; or with valid student ID 

 

 

Ticket Exchange Policy

 

We regret that no refunds can be made. All ticket sales are final upon receipt of cash, check or authorized credit card number. MIC is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. If you cannot attend a performance, we will exchange your tickets for another performance within the current season (subject to availability). Ticket exchanges must be received in person, expired tickets to past concerts are not valid for exchanges.

 

To Exchange Tickets in Person
The Box Office, located at 1490 Chicago Avenue in Evanston, is open to process exchanges during box office hours (M-F, 12-5pm). Tickets may be exchanged at the Box Office.


General Info

 

Accommodation of Latecomers

If you arrive after the performance has begun, please wait in the lobby. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the house manager. If you must leave early, please do so between pieces out of consideration for the artists and other audience members.  The presenter reserves the right to ask anyone disrupting the event in any way to leave the hall.

Photography / Audio / Video

Photography and audio/video recordings of performances is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Director of Performance Activities.

 

No Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited by law in Nichols Concert Hall or within 20ft of the building.

 

Food and Beverages

Food and beverages are strictly prohibited inside Nichols Concert Hall, but may be enjoyed within the lobby.

 

Restrooms
Restrooms are located on the lower level and may be accessed by using the stairs or the elevator.  All facilities are disability accessible.

 
 On-Site Emergencies

In the event of an emergency, please notify the house manager or nearest usher.
