2018 ISMTA Competition North

The Illinois State Music Teacher Association (ISMTA) Competition is a single tier competition offered at two different locations, ISMTA Competition NORTH and ISMTA Competition SOUTH. Each competition is run independently with separate chairs and winners. Both ISMTA Competition NORTH and ISMTA Competition SOUTH are held in October, at least one week prior to the annual ISMTA Conference. All first place winners at each division will be invited to perform at the Winners Recital during the ISMTA Conference. There were 7 Primary, 22 Elementary, 22 Junior, 13 Senior, and 3 Collegiate participants.
