Dr. Lee graduated from Northwestern University Bienen School of Music, and attained her DM, MM, and BM in Violin Performance during her time there.

Significant teachers and mentors: 

Two of her most significant teachers/mentors over the years were: Roland and Almita Vamos.

Awards and achievements: 

Dr. Lee graduated from Northwestern University with Honors in Doctor of Music degree. She also was the Violin Performance Recipient of the Vitali Memorial Scholarship, Dean's Scholarship, Northwestern University Merit Awards, Fine Arts Awards, and Interlochen outstanding Young Artist Awards.

Professional affiliations & activities: 

Among her professional affiliations and activities, Dr. Lee was teaching Assistant to Almita Vamos at Northwestern University. She also performed extensively as a soloist as well as a chamber musician throughout the United States, and Europe. Recent performances include recitals and chamber concerts participating festivals in New York, Seoul, Switzerland, Italy, Hungary, Norway, and Greece. Additionally, Dr. Lee performed in master classes for esteemed artists such as Midori, Joshua Bell, Pinchas Zukerman, Donald Weilerstein, William Preucil, the Pacifica Quartet, Juilliard String Quartet, and the Emerson String Quartet. Beyond being an incredible performer, she is also an amazing instructor which is shown through her students winning top prizes in many national and international competitions.
